A leading company in Kuwait is urgently hiring experienced and technically qualified professionals for a prestigious Power Plant Maintenance Project. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong experience in power generation, shutdown maintenance, rotating equipment, electro-mechanical systems, and industrial plant operations.
Candidates with Gulf experience in Thermal Power Plants, Combined Cycle Power Plants (CCPP), Gas Turbine Plants, Steam Turbine Plants, Refinery, Petrochemical, and Heavy Industrial Maintenance Projects will be highly preferred.

📌 JOB REQUIREMENTS:
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
✔️ Minimum relevant experience in Power Plant Maintenance Projects
✔️ Experience in shutdown, preventive, corrective & predictive maintenance
✔️ Gulf / Middle East experience preferred
✔️ Strong technical knowledge of industrial equipment and maintenance procedures
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced industrial environment
✔️ Diploma / Degree / ITI qualification in relevant discipline
✔️ Good communication and troubleshooting skills

🔧 POSITION DETAILS:

🔹 Mechanical Engineer
• Experience in mechanical maintenance planning & execution
• Knowledge of turbines, pumps, compressors, heat exchangers & piping systems
• Ability to supervise maintenance activities and coordinate with operations teams
• Familiar with safety standards, QA/QC procedures, and shutdown planning
🔹 Electro-Mechanical Technicians
• Experience in maintenance of motors, drives, generators & electro-mechanical systems
• Troubleshooting and repair of industrial electrical & mechanical equipment
• Preventive and corrective maintenance expertise required
🔹 Mechanical Technician (Rotating Equipment)
• Hands-on experience with pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers & rotating machinery
• Expertise in alignment, vibration monitoring, bearing replacement & troubleshooting
• Knowledge of maintenance tools and industrial safety procedures
🔹 Analyser Technicians
• Experience in calibration, maintenance & troubleshooting of analyzer systems
• Familiar with gas analyzers, process analyzers, sampling systems & instrumentation
• Knowledge of power plant instrumentation and control systems preferred
