FMCG Manufacturing Sector – Multiple Technical & Supervisory Positions
We are urgently hiring experienced professionals for a well-established FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) manufacturing facility in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong hands-on technical expertise in high-speed production environments, particularly those coming from reputable FMCG, food & beverage, consumer goods, or large-scale manufacturing companies.
Our client is a leading player in the FMCG industry in the region, operating modern, automated production lines with strict quality, safety, and efficiency standards. Available Positions:
• Mechanical Senior Engineer • Electrical Technician • Mechanical Technician • Utilities Technician • Line Inspector • Raw Material's Technician • HSE Supervisor
- Mechanical Senior Engineer Responsible for overseeing mechanical maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability of high-speed production machinery, packaging lines, and utilities systems. The role requires strong leadership in preventive and predictive maintenance, root cause analysis, and team supervision.
- Electrical Technician Hands-on role focused on electrical maintenance, fault finding, repair, and preventive maintenance of electrical systems, control panels, PLCs, motors, and instrumentation in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical Technician Required to perform mechanical repairs, overhauling, alignment, and maintenance of production equipment, conveyors, pumps, gearboxes, and other machinery. Experience in high-speed lines is highly preferred.
- Utilities Technician Responsible for the operation and maintenance of plant utilities including boilers, air compressors, chillers, HVAC systems, water treatment plants, and steam systems. Candidates must have solid experience in utilities management within manufacturing facilities.
- Line Inspector To ensure product quality and compliance with company and regulatory standards by conducting in-process and final inspections on the production line. The role involves monitoring packaging integrity, labeling, weight checks, and visual quality parameters.
- Raw Materials Technician Responsible for receiving, inspecting, sampling, testing, and proper storage of raw and packaging materials. The position requires knowledge of material handling procedures, FIFO systems, and basic laboratory testing methods.
- HSE Supervisor To lead and supervise Health, Safety, and Environment activities on site. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco, GSO, and international HSE standards, conduct risk assessments, lead safety meetings, investigate incidents, and drive a strong safety culture.
Key Requirements for All Positions:
- Proven hands-on experience in reputable FMCG companies (Food & Beverage, Snacks, Personal Care, Home Care, or similar manufacturing industries) is mandatory.
- Minimum 5–10 years of relevant industrial experience (depending on the position).
- Strong technical knowledge of modern automated production lines and maintenance best practices.
- Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), HACCP, ISO 22000, 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or TPM will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and rotating shifts as required.
- Excellent command of English (spoken and written). Arabic language skills will be considered a plus.
- Valid passport and readiness to join on short notice is highly preferred.
- Age preferably below 45 years (subject to experience and qualification).
