🎯 REQUIREMENTS

✔ Relevant technical qualification (Diploma / ITI / Trade Certificate / Engineering background as applicable)

✔ Proven experience in Oil & Gas Shutdown, Turnaround, or Maintenance projects

✔ Strong hands-on experience in mechanical or E&I systems

✔ Ability to work in fast-paced shutdown environments with strict deadlines

✔ Good understanding of safety procedures and site execution standards

✔ Previous international / offshore / West Africa experience is an advantage

🏗️ SUPERVISORS

✔ Supervise shutdown and maintenance activities on site

✔ Manage manpower, work permits, and job execution

✔ Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements

🔧 TECHNICIANS

✔ Perform maintenance, repair, installation, and troubleshooting activities

✔ Support shutdown execution and equipment readiness

✔ Follow supervisor instructions and safety protocols
