🔹 Role Overview
Selected candidates will play a critical role in the successful delivery of EPC project phases, including FEED (Front-End Engineering Design), detailed engineering, procurement coordination, construction support, and commissioning activities. Professionals will be expected to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance with client specifications, and contribute to achieving project milestones within schedule and budget.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Depending on the position, responsibilities may include:
Developing and reviewing engineering designs in accordance with project requirements
Supporting FEED and detailed design phases for complex Oil & Gas facilities
Coordinating with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors
Ensuring compliance with Saudi Aramco, SABIC, and international standards
Managing project schedules, cost control, and risk mitigation strategies
Supervising construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning activities
Overseeing contracts, procurement processes, and vendor coordination
Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence
🔹 Candidate Requirements
We are looking for professionals who meet the following criteria:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (relevant discipline) is mandatory
Minimum 8 years of proven experience in Oil & Gas EPC projects
Prior experience working with approved Engineering Contractors in KSA (GES+ preferred)
Strong exposure to FEED and Detailed Design phases
Hands-on experience with major clients such as Saudi Aramco, SABIC, or Sadara is highly preferred
In-depth knowledge of international codes, standards, and engineering best practices
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and fast-paced project environment
