✅ Candidate Requirements
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Land Rig Drilling Operations (Mandatory)
✔ Experience with leading drilling contractors or Oil & Gas operators is highly preferred
✔ Relevant engineering degree, diploma, ITI, or trade certification
✔ Strong knowledge of drilling equipment, rig maintenance, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational safety
✔ Familiarity with international drilling standards, HSE procedures, and permit-to-work systems
✔ Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
