✔ Proven FPSO commissioning experience (Mandatory)
✔ Current availability in China
✔ Strong offshore Oil & Gas background (FPSO / Offshore Facilities preferred)
✔ Excellent technical knowledge in commissioning, pre-commissioning, and startup activities
✔ Ability to work in multicultural offshore environments
✔ Fluent Chinese and good English communication skills (Mandatory)
✔ Strong leadership and coordination experience for senior roles
